Privacy policy
This page states plainly what data Goatstarter Ventures B.V. processes and why.
Data we collect
- Account: email and password (we never see the password in plain text; it is held by our authentication provider).
- Workspace: the text describing your business, content you generate, the app that gets built, customer lists and email drafts.
- Usage: which jobs ran, credit consumption, error logs.
- Payment: handled by Stripe. Card details never reach us.
Why we process it
To deliver and bill the service, prevent abuse and improve the product. We do not sell your data for advertising.
Services we use
We use third parties for hosting and database, AI models, business-data scanning, email delivery and payments. Only the data required for the job is shared with them.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete the account, workspace data is deleted; invoicing records we are legally required to keep are retained. You can request a copy or deletion at any time: esad@maiony.com
Your rights
Under GDPR and KVKK you have the right to access, correct, delete and object to processing. Email the address above.
