Cancelling

You can cancel any time. You will not be charged again and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds

• First 14 days: if you just started and used the service only marginally (under 20% of your plan's credits), we refund in full.
• Used period: once credits are spent we cannot refund that period, because every job produced costs us real money.
• Top-up packs: unspent packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
• Our fault: if the service failed because of a problem on our side, we refund that period unconditionally.

How to request

Email esad@maiony.com from your account address; we reply within two business days. Approved refunds go back to your card via Stripe within 5-10 business days.
