Terms of service
These terms cover the GOAT service (thegoat.bot), operated by Goatstarter Ventures B.V.. By creating an account you accept them.
What the service does
GOAT runs the work you describe using AI agents: it builds and deploys web apps, finds potential customers, produces content and ad creatives, and drafts emails. Output is generated automatically and you are expected to review it before use.
Credits and payment
- Usage is measured in credits. Each plan includes a monthly allowance; the free plan gives 100 credits once per account.
- Paid plans renew monthly. You can stop renewal at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
- Credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Top-up packs are one-off.
- Failed work is not charged.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content you produce and the emails you send.
- Unsolicited bulk email, misleading advertising, copyright infringement and illegal use are prohibited and lead to account closure.
- Third-party terms (payments, email, hosting) also apply.
Our responsibilities
The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or any particular commercial result. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Closing an account
You can close your account at any time. We may close it for abuse, payment failure or legal reasons; in that case we refund the unused period.
